Return Policy

At Steve’s Appliances, we are committed to your satisfaction with your purchase, however, we understand there are reasons returns may be needed.

  • If the Product does not meet your needs.
  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you will need to contact the store regarding any cancellation or return. Only unused products free of cosmetic damage may be eligible for returns.
  • Delivered products that are installed or in use are not returnable.
  • A trip charge of $99.95 will be deducted from your refund.
  • Returns are subject to a 25% (of purchase price) restocking fee.
  • Special orders are non-returnable.
  • The customer agrees to the terms and conditions published above when they place a completed order with our company. In addition, the customer authorizes their credit card company to abide by these terms. We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time.

Damaged Merchandise:

  • All of our deliveries are 100% insured. Product(s) will be delivered by one of our delivery teams for all local deliveries; feel free to call us for our local delivery area.
  • Upon delivery, we encourage you to inspect your product for damage. If the product is damaged, you have the right to refuse delivery. Availability of a replacement is not guaranteed.
  • Any product damage must be reported to Steve’s Appliances within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Prior to authorizing any exchanges, Steve’s Appliances reserves the right to repair or service any cosmetic defects.

Rescheduling Deliveries: Deliveries must be rescheduled 48 hours in advance. Deliveries not rescheduled prior to 48 hours will incur a $75 rescheduling fee.

Measurements: Space measurements are the consumer’s responsibility. There are also instances where delivery is not possible due to space constraints within the customer’s home. Please be aware of any tight corners, or staircases that may limit our ability to deliver and set up appropriately.

Delays: Steve’s Appliances assumes no liability for delivery delays no matter the cause for such delays.
